I dieted I exercised, I feel fantastic.

EXERCISED:
2 work outs a day, my morning workouts were lighter, Yoga, African dance etc and an evening run of about 30 laps around the house.
DIET: breakfast herbal tea, mixed nuts

lunch: fruit salad, macadamia nuts
Dinner: Vegatables with avocado and hot water and lemon for a night cap
